DayPrayer Items
01Siew Nyok: Please pray for Li Zhi and ask God to open the door for him to preach the gospel and give him the courage and eloquence to speak about Jesus to 3 unbelievers.
02Sy Wei: Please pray for the Malacca volunteer, Winnie. She took her SPM replacement exams from June 14-18. After a two-day rest, she returned to the hospital for her fourth round of chemotherapy. Thank God for strengthening her and continue praying that her treatment will be effective.
03Jia Jun: Please pray for my grandfather, who was recently hospitalised. He has been transferred from the emergency ward to the general ward for observation. Ask God to heal him, and pray that my grandfather will have the peace, joy and hope of Christ.
04Wee Shyan: Please pray for my daughters Joyce and Grace as they study at home because of the pandemic. Pray that God will help them be disciplined and focused as they complete their schoolwork.
05Bee Bee: Please pray for my brother. He cannot work because of the FMCO and his income has been affected. Pray that God will take care of him and that he can return to work as soon as possible.
06Jia Yun: Please pray for the closing ceremony of the personal evangelism campaign “Evangelism Without Limit 3.0” on July 9. Pray that God’s word will invigorate the spirit of evangelism in everyone involved, especially in these difficult times.
07Kok Siang: Please pray for my family. Both my wife and I work, and our children have online lessons in the mornings and are free in the afternoons. Our challenge is taking care of them while working. Pray that God will give us wisdom as we navigate between these responsibilities so that we can teach and accompany our children well as they grow up.
08Peter: Please pray for my energy levels because I often do not sleep well at night. Also pray for me to lead our ministry in line with God’s vision.
09Nyet Lee: Please pray for the new believer En Ting. Recently, she has been busy and unable to meet to study the Bible. Ask God to help her take her spiritual life seriously and wisdom to manage her time.
10Jia Yun: Thank God, I started following up with a non-Christian student, Huan Qi, in June. However, she decided to continue believing in Taoism. Pray that the Holy Spirit will continue to move her to know Jesus Christ.
11Sy Wei: I want to preach the gospel to one of my college classmates, Hoi Fong, please pray for me.
12Yick Ken: Thank God, my church and YFC conducted an evangelistic program of "Escape Plan R" on June 5. Thank God that this program allowed Youth Fellowship teachers, volunteers, and teenagers to participate and share the gospel to non-Christians. Pray that God will lead our church to be willing and joyful as we obey the Great Commandment and Great Commission entrusted to us by Jesus Christ.
13Wee Shyan: Please pray for my time management. Ask God to help me arrange and order my life so that I can effectively fulfil my ministry and family responsibilities.
14Jia Jun: Please pray for me as I recently began speaking about Christianity with a friend, Boon Hock. He asked me where Christians think people will go after death. Ask God to help me be wise to share with him that Jesus is the only way for man to receive eternal life.
15Siew Nyok: Thank the Lord for giving my mother and family healthy bodies and fixed incomes from work. Ask God to help me continue to be prayerful and patient as I supervise the 12 volunteers and students in YFC’s evangelistic ministry.
16Jia Yun: Please pray for the personal evangelism campaign that will begin on June 18, and ask God to help the evangelism group mobilize Christians to spread the gospel within one month.
17Jia Jun: Please pray for my brother Jia Qing. In April this year, he went to Kuala Lumpur with friends to start a business of renting houses. However, because of the FMCO, some tenants have stopped renting. Pray for God to provide for my brother's needs. Please also pray for his faith, that he can experience God and trust Him more.
18Wee Shyan: Please pray for Chin Nee's health. She is still recovering from a recent illness. Please pray for her to fall asleep easily and have a good quality of sleep. Pray for God to give her the strength to take care of her children and family while she regains her health.
19Peter: Please pray for our volunteer, Qi An, who needs good internet connectivity to teach online while also dealing with “Zoom fatigue.” At the same time, please pray for his wife and ask God to help as she makes arrangements for her work in Singapore.
20Liew Ting (Johor Project Serve 2 student): Please pray about my spinal pain. I sit for a long time every day, which places a great burden on my spine. Pray for God to heal me as I serve Him.
21Bee Bee: Please pray for me and ask God to help me manage my time and pursue spiritual disciplines as I seek an intimate relationship with Him.
22Kok Siang: Please pray for a volunteer, Tobias. His current job scares and bores him. Pray that the Lord will give him wisdom to navigate his various challenges at work.
23Mei Yann: Please pray for volunteer, Rui Wen. Thank God, she is pregnant! Pray that He will take care of her health during this pandemic and especially help her cope with her morning sickness.
24May Kuan, Yick Ken & Mei Yann: Please pray for our health. We spend long hours in front of a computer, and we get tired easily or like to snack. Pray that we can keep exercising at home and have healthy bodies and a right attitude to serve.
25Yick Ken: Please pray for Yik Hou, a volunteer, and ask God to lead him to continue to grow in evangelism and in the Bible. Pray also for Christian students, Jing Yan and Jing Heng. I hope to help them continue to grow and mobilize them to participate in the ministry.
26Wei Hung (KL Project Serve 2 student): Please pray for my future after the "Project Serve 2" training ends. I may look for a job and ask that God helps me chart a path for the future.
27Hui Jie (Malacca Project Serve 2 student): Please pray for my further studies, asking God to lead me in the way ahead. Ask God to give me wisdom to arrange time as I prepare for upcoming interviews.
28Mei Yann: Please pray for volunteer, Jia Yin. After her internship ends in July, she will find a new job, which will be challenging given the current circumstances. Please ask God to guide her in this area.
29Li Song (Malacca Project Serve 2 student): Please pray for my university and scholarship applications, asking God to give me wisdom. Please pray for my time management, that I will be intentional about spending more time drawing near to God.
30Li Zhi (Malacca Project Serve 2 student): Please pray for my further studies and ask God to help me identify the subject I want to pursue. Please also pray for my friend Derrick, that he can get out of the influence of a local gang and will not join it.
31Nyet Lee: Please pray for my Bible reading. Ask God to help me have the perseverance and discipline to read the Scriptures. Pray that I will be motivated and hungry for God’s word.
